Absolutely disgraceful company, i ordered a bed and it was to be delivered by this company. I had half of the bed delivered 2 days later than it should have, and then after being told the other half would follow shortly in the next few days, i didn't receive it to then be told the week after that it was lost in transit... fast forward another week, the other half of my bed is coming with this company again!. Avoid at all cost, absolutely useless!

Received email at 9am informing delivery will be this morning 09.45 - 11.45. I had to quickly rearrange my day. Delivery not arrived. Tried online chat for update, several times and couldn't get through. So the rest of my day is now going to be messed up. Online tracking hasn't shown any movement since I first looked. Bought item via B & Q ..will avoid in future.

IF YOU BUY SOMETHING OFF OF EBAY AND HEAR THEY ARE USING XDP, CANCEL YOUR ORDER IMMEDIATELY! Had shower tray delivered successfully by Screwfix couriers at 8:30am, they rang doorbell and called me. Easy peasy no issues....but when we come to a delivery by a different courier called.... XDP for wall panels, well they are just useless. They take a photo of the door claiming they attempted delivery. I was home all day waiting for this. They didnt ring doorbell or call me. Agreed to deliver again the following Friday instead. Now I'm notified they attempted on Monday and that they've tried to many time and will make no more attempts. Pathetic.

XDP ARE THE WORST COURIER SERVICE. WAS MEANT TO HAVE MY DELIVERY ON THE 21st NOVEMBER. I PLACED THE ORDER ON THE 10th NOVEMBER!!! I HAVEN'T RECEIVED ANY INFORMATION ON THE DELIVERY AND THEN I RECEIVE A TEXT YESTERDAY WITH A 2 HOUR TIME SLOT. WAITED IN AND NO SHOW. THE MAP SHOWED THE DRIVER AT THE SAME ADDRESS ALL EVENING AND THEN ALL OF A SUDDEN THE MAP DISAPPEARS. NO EXPLANATION. SO I RING THEM USING THE NUMBER I WAS GIVEN BY VERY AND IT TAKES ME TO A CALL CENTRE IN THE PHILIPPINES. THEY CANT EVEN TELL ME ANY INFORMATION OR OF IT WILL TURN UP TODAY. THEY TRIED TO CONTACT XDP DIRECTLY ONLY TO BE SENT TO VOICEMAIL MULTIPLE TIMES. STAY AWAY FROM XDP. IT SEEMS VERY DODGY TO ME AND ALL THE NUMBERS I HAVE BEEN GIVEN ARE MOBILE NUMBERS WHICH IS INSANE THAT A HUGE COMPANY LIKE THIS DOESN'T HAVE A MAIN PHONE LINE ATTACHED TO IT AWFUL INCOMPETENT COMPANY

Twice i have goods failed to be delivered by this company when they say they are going to. they make it impossible to contact them, i have been trying for four days via live chat to find out where my goods are, today as with other days i have been waiting 45min so far and if it is anything like other days it will just disconect shortly. I have to take paid leave to make sure i am home during the delivery slot time, the company i bought the goods from(Wayfair) are well aware of the awful service via this company i have received so Iwont use them again, at the moment i am out of pocket by£200 as wayfair will not refund me until they have located the goods. Just appalling customer service from XDP on all levels.

Awful. Avoid at all costs. Check before you buy that this company is not being used to deliver your goods. I ordered four dining chairs and driver refused to carry them up the stairs to my apartment. I'm disabled. The manager told him to take them back to the depo. Disgusting.

Delivery did not turn up(sofa) Tracker said delivered! Sent proof of cctv showing van driving past the house They have refused to supply supposed photos! Of Delivery and signature directing us to supplier Due to response can only assume its been stolen not delivered I will in future check this company is not used when buying items

Worst company in the world delivered my item even though I was waiting on a refund. Took a month to pick them back up and instead on having my refund they redelivered my parcel been 2 months still ongoing Left it outside in a puddle in the rain also

Absolutely shocking don’t answer phone don’t answer email driver does not come , lost part of my parcel in transit which is a wardrobe snd lost box 2 of 4 but still the other 3 boxes hafe No arrived been over a week now and nothing 2 Horus on hold 4 days for an email response And nothing absolute joke

Still haven't received my delivery and can't get in touch with anyone in your team. You 'attempted' a delivery on Saturday, after I waited the whole day to then be sent a picture, that you've attempted the delivery to the wrong building. What a joke?! How does a delivery company like yourself survives, when there is no Customer service and incompetent drivers. WHERE IS MY ORDER?

If I could I would give no stars , received an email saying delivery on the 19th June . It didn’t arrive . Checking the tracker it was in the warehouse for 9 days . I just happened to check the tracker yesterday to see to my surprise that my parcel was out for delivery. I watched the tracker , when it got to 2 before my drop off I received and email to say the driver would be with me shortly follow the link to a contactless delivery, which I did . An I waited and waited and waited, then realised the driver was at home about a 10 min drive from my house . Today there has been no updates , you can’t contact anyone only the person you purchased the good from and XDP have 4 days to respond to them . I will never purchase anything again if the supplier use XDP . Most shocking service and NO Customer Service

My order was supposed to be delivered on the 23th it is now the 29th with no correspondence from XDP at all. I contacted the business were I purchased my order from they apologised and gave me a tracking number. The tracking information does not work it is all lies. One day it said the delivery van was on its way to me it was 4 miles away from my house, after waiting a few hours with no delivery I checked the tracking again and it said it is 39 miles away. I’ve tried contacting XDP using there online chat system I messaged them asking about when I will receive my delivery, 40 minutes later I was still waiting for reply so I have just give up. I have honestly never known a courier service as bad as this. I don’t understand why any business would use XDP there service is atrocious. Unfortunately I will never order anything else from this company again because of there choice of courier.

Had to give 1 star as cannot give none.service is appalling.cannot contact them.cannot yse cgat as try cut you off.delivery details are a waste of time.would never buy from anyone who uses this company. Absolutely disgracefully.now chasing to get money refunded. Steer clear

Tracking system not providing current updates or comfirmation of delivery date or time. Tried to contact them on thier chat sevice, message @ we are busy, waited 45 mins still no responce.Will not deal with them again of any supplier who uses them as their courier. Would give negative star rating minus 5 would be too good for them.

Just avoid... ALDI uses this appalling service to deliver heavy items.. Ordered TUES 13th... for 1-3 day delivery. . Absolutely no information. Don't answer phones. NO email/text at all. On Monday 19th...ALDI apologise and say they have NOT picked it up but have raised a tracking number !!??? AVOID AVOID AVOID. .
