“Order a package from eBay set up a booking date and says booked in but the goes to Exception on the app I’ve been waiting since the 28th of this package as I booked it in originally I tried it for 2nd of May did the same thing”
“Dealt with company through Wayfair and is now one of the main reasons we will never order from company ever again. 3 times we had a bed redivided to us and this company refused to bring it up one flight of stairs stating we don’t do that and it’s a 2 man job. We had other deliveries deliver from Wayfair which brought item straight up and into property with no issues. The item when loaded onto XDP vehicle must of known it requires 2 persons to deliver so why the issues on delivery all of which have been logged as complaints to Wayfair. We had on one of the occasions abusive language used and a manner which was alarming from the delivery man. Will avoid any company that use XDP in the future unprofessional and don’t want to deliver goods in damaged and to the property???? Our bed was thrown down outside the close and was damaged as driver refused to deliver saying 2 man job and he doesn’t go up stairs ?”
“I was not in for 1st delivery so went on app to change date to a suitable day that would suit ME! Only gave me 1 date to select..I knew I would not be home this day so as the LIVE CHAT on app is total rubbish..and no1 ever available or it just continue to buff and say Please wait! I sent an email to say that date is not acceptable and need to select a diff 1. I heard nothing all!! They tried to deliver on that day and was returned to warehouse. Well today I have received my item!! Seem like has to be a day that suit them...not the customer!! And Omg...the state of it! If I had seen it before the condition it was in i would not have signed!! According to the delivery driver it was damaged at warehouse as there was a problem there! ..it is a 12ft pool with accessories..I am unable to set up at this time to see if anything is missing! Absolutely disgusted with this service!! Not happy at all and seem impossible to talk to any1 from this cowboy delivery service! I highly do not recommend this company!! I want to talk to someone about this but all the times I've tried the past few days I doubt this won't get a response either!!”
“I bought an e-bike from geekbuying.com ( one horrible company), after a long period they shipped and this great xdp kept it at the depot a good few days before moving to destination. there is no way you can contact them. one fine morning tracking showed scheduled for delivery 2 hours slot but no map moving at all. The slot period went but no show and the worst is tracking stays the same without an update. Stayed all day nothing happened, I have no idea when I will get it.
Now 4 days from the last update and almost 10 days still waiting. This is UK mainland delivery, other company usually deliveries in just about 3 days. I tried to call xdp but only waiting 10 minutes could not get to talk with anyone.”
“Rude, unhelpful delivery men who kicked and threw my boxed chair along my drive because I wouldn’t let them just leave it at front door. Box was badly damaged and upon inspection the adjustable feet on bottom of chair were damaged”
