Worst company ever Where do I begin, this is a tale of woe, charlatans and pure incompetence. I paid for first class delivery so I could get a package on my day off. I went outside for a bit as it was a nice sunny day and knew I could check the tracker on my phone to find out when the courier was coming. Imagine my surprise when I looked at my phone and it's still at the depot, then check 5 minutes later and it had suddenly changed to "delivery attempted, no access to property". You would think I would of got a phone call but nope. So I rushed home to get the card which normally has the drivers phone number on there so you can contact them and see if they can come back. Nope. No card, no phone call. Nothing. So the next day I contact their chat, where Michael, the man with the nerve to ask me to give him a good review for brownie points, assured me he had re-arranged it for the next day and changed the address so it could come to my place of work. I was happy as I foolishly believed this person that my package would arrive. Can you guess what happened? I'll tell you what happened, I spoke with the chat in the morning to try and confirm my package would be coming as it said it was waiting for me to come and collect it on the tracker which obviously isn't correct. I mean, my man Michael assured me it was all sorted. WRONG So I speak to Roxanne, charlatan extraordinaire. Who tells me my package isn't coming on the day I re-arrange it for and she can re-arrange it again. After being repeatedly told "I can re-arrange that" like a good trained parrot instead of getting my package out to me the day I want. I decide "screw it! I'll re-arrange for tomorrow. They can't screw that up again". WRONG So I contact them this morning and speak to someone who's name I forget, they assured me my package was re-scheduled for delivery still and it should be should be with me later today. I was briefly happy. For some reason beyond my comprehension I actually thought they might be telling the truth. How wrong was I? VERY WRONG I'm not currently in the middle of a chat with Catherine, who claims to be a supervisor like Roxanne and Michael before her. Is everyone who works in their chat a supervisor? I don't know anymore. But she informs me that my package is still at the depot and repeats the words that make my mind try to control my right arm and reach for the kitchen knife so I can stab myself in the face. "we can re-arrange for tomorrow if you like?" After understandably arguing with her for a bit, she informs me they can re-arrange it for tomorrow for the 50th time. I say fine, re-arrange it for tomorrow but put it back to my home address as I'm not at work on the weekends... "we cannot amend the address more than once". Oh right, so you can't send it to the address I originally asked for. After they've screwed up, 3-4 times, after I'm sitting here with no package. Is this my life now? Just to go into yodel chat and continue to re-arrange my package until the day I die. talking to monkeys that have learned to type "we can re-arrange this for tomorrow" and "we cannot amend that address more than once". AVOID YODEL LIKE YOUR LIFE DEPENDS ON IT. WORST COMPANY EVER

I was due to have items delivered two days ago but received an e-mail to say that delivery was attempted and a calling card was left. I was at home and there was no attempt to deliver and no card was left. I re-scheduled deliver for today and guess what, same thing has happened. On top of this I placed an order yesterday and received an e-mail to say that my two items would be delivered today (24 March), only 1 item was delivered and I received the e-mail to say that delivery was attempted and ... you know the rest. The phone line is an automated service. Webchat promotes the app and tells me that delivery will be attempted again tomorrow. I posted a review on Trustpilot and it seemed someone did look into it but this hasn't changed anything. I've contacted the first company I placed the order with and they too were looking into it. This is absolutely rubbish. I will no longer use any company that uses Yodel for delivery. I will now have to go through the ordeal of trying to cancel orders to get my money back. Disgusted, exasperated and raging!

Worst delivery service. Honestly it's ridiculous. The app is worse and the drivers do not even attempt to deliver, this is the fifth occasion where they say 'they attempted delivery' yet nobody bothered to ring the doorbell or knock, or even leaving a card to say they missed me

Had 3 parcels coming from ebuyer yesterday (2nd May.) A van stops outside my house at 11.30 & the driver leans across the cab, so I saw the red YODEL logo on the back of his day-glo vest, then pulls off again without delivering. At 2.30 a lady delivers two of the parcels & I ask about the third one. She says two vans service this area & it's almost certainly on the other van. Checked the tracker this morning, the 3rd parcel is showing as delivered at 11.30 yesterday, not signed for due to Covid19, obviously a complete lie & most likely it's 'disappeared' now. I suspect that due to the shape & size of it, someone thought it was a PC, Well, if so, they are going to be disappointed when they find it's just an empty case. pretty much useless really, but hopefully if they 'disappear' enough ebuyer parcels, ebuyer will stop using them.

I've stayed in for 2 days waiting for a parcel from Ebuyer via Yodel. I've tracked them through the website and watched as they've delivered all around the nearby streets. At 8pm they were 2 stops away from me, at 8.30 still 2 stops away. At 9pm I got notification that they had attempted delivery at 7.32pm but were unable to access the property; given that I had been sitting in the front garden waiting for them, this is a blatant lie. Given the current covid situation I couldn't care less if something is a day or four late, I resent being lied to though.

Sender of my package says it should had been with me on the 27th April (ordered 24th), it's now 2nd May and no package, your tracking says it will soon be with you. Really? My item was only traveling from Dorset to London, not too far. Tried webchat, waste of time, won't connect. Your company really are the pits as there is no way of contacting anyone to find out what's happening my package.

The only thing I would use Yodel for, is to deliver my mother in-laws dead carcass, as I know it would never see the light of day again.

AVOID!!! Customer service doesn't exist, comments on Instagram are closed for a reason, web chat is not working. Webchat told me, they can't even see my order, because they have no access to system. Phone number is a robot, which reads your tracking number always wrong. AVOID!!! They are bastards, who take your money and don't deliver!!!

Never received my parcel till now. Kept promising to deliver but nothing . They have a collection point close to where I live but i can’t go there am invalid.all the other courier service have been delivering my package on time no problem . Only yodel 👎

Would not use them ever again, if i ordered from a store who used them i would use a different store. These clowns sent me an email saying my package was delivered. Sent me a photo of yhe delivery which was not my house. But hey after an investigation the driver confirmed he was at my house and the satalite tracking said he was there at my home. Upon checking the picture i managed to track the address that had my parcel, woman was nice enough to return it, the driver had delivered her package and mine even though mine was a completely different address to the woman, but Yodel tells me the delivery at my home was confirmed 🙄 highly reccomend you do not use them.

Worst courier company who should be shut down as they’re very dishonest. Lousy customer service and chat centre who are just robots who parrot the same lies. Not received my delivery for 4 days and no one seems to know or help. Shame on those big companies who use Yodel for their deliveries. Really shows what value and rank they put on their customers.

So Yodel states item delivered! I haven’t received it ! Called yodel they gave me 3 different versions of what’s happened’ ‘ driver couldn’t find parcel & address’ ‘ delivered in a safe place’ But can’t give me proof where ‘ no pictures’ ‘ item is lost so need to contact seller ‘ Absolutely Useless

2.3.23- Yodel app said delivery was due Saturday, happy customer because I’d be in. 3.3.23- I go to work, come home, check my Yodel app which claims the parcel was refused at my address earlier in the day. Strange as I was not at home to refuse this delivery. I used the live web chat at 7.30pm to query this to be told that because the parcel was refused at the address that it had been marked as return to seller and that no second delivery attempt could be made. The live web chat disconnected at 7.50pm and I could not re-enter the chat. The live chat option shuts off at 8pm. I could not speak to anyone else; I go to bed hoping to speak to someone tomorrow to clear this up. I did take the advisor’s advice and messaged the seller about the issue before going to sleep. 4.3.23- I set an alarm to be awake to speak to another person on the live web chat, as soon as it is functioning again at 8am, to be told that the parcel would hopefully be delivered today and the person the previous night has marked it to not be returned to the seller. The app and website are also saying “due today”. Happy customer again. Waited several hours, no change to tracking information on app or website, tried customer service line several times (automated, no actual person to speak to), however all keep saying it’s due today. Still happy. Around 11:30am I enter a third live web chat to be told that despite the attempts of the first live chat person the night before, that the parcel was marked as return to seller after the failed delivery by the depot team and that nothing could have been done to change it. So despite the app, second live chat advisor, website and automated “customer service” number telling me for nearly 4 hours that my parcel was due today, I now learn they where all lying because nothing could be done to stop the return to seller because I refused the parcel. The Satnav recordings prove the delivery team where at the right place and marked it as return because I refused it. I WAS NOT AT HOME TO REFUSE THE PARCEL!!! I don’t know whose door they knocked on, I don’t know who refused the parcel but it was not my door or me. I was at work happily looking forward to my parcel delivery which I was expecting the following day. Now the app, website and supposed customer service number are saying the parcel is heading back to the seller, who I have updated about the situation. An utter disgrace of a company.

Misdelivered to the wrong flat. Photo of letterbox my item was allegedly delivered to has a blue & red carpet outside - I have no carpet outside mine. Their photo also does not show the door number (kind of a key constituent of determining a delivery address) of the address they have delivered to. Every flat in this block has their number in black on the white door. Impossible to get wrong. I contacted YODEL. Their solution? For me to go to all 39 flats here to see if anyone has my parcel. Needless to say, I'm not doing that. They seem to think I should wait 24 hours until they carry out their investigation. That's not happening either. Do not deal with this company and do not deal with any company that uses them to courier their product. They are - and always have been - abysmal with absolutely zero concern for their customers. Either end of the chain.

Yodel were supposed to deliver my parcel today! Yet I had an email this morning saying it’s not been delivered sent back to the retailer! I contacted my retailer they apologised for the matter said they don’t know why this has happened! Got in touch with yodel and they said the retailer was at fault! Absolutely tamping mad! They are an absolute disgrace of a company! And should not be trusted to deliver any parcel! After reading the reviews I hope they close Yodel down! Never ever will use them again! Lesson learnt!

I would put zero stars if I could! Absolutely shocking service and lazy delivery drivers, how they are still in business baffles me! The delivery driver thought it would be a good idea to "deliver" my parcel to my communal bin room door, left out in the open and it was stolen..No surprises there! I contacted yodel and they "investigated" and then sent me an email saying it was delivered to the correct address and left at the bin room door, well how can it be both because I don't live in a bin room! Idiots! Stay clear of them! Shut this company down!

OMG so I complain my parcel hasn’t arrived, they say it was but they dont have photo evidence so I go to the retailer and they are told by Yodel it was delivered and there is a photo attached - NOT MY DOOR, NOT my neighbours doors and the label is conveniently fuzzy so they have lied and tried to suggest another photo is my delivery. Bad enough that they dont deliver but to then lie to the retailer and send false information is just shocking. Wish companies would just stop using them !

Absolutely RUBBISH service, I missed the driver once and redirected my parcel to my local collection point, they sent an email confirming they would deliver to the collection point and would email me when they had done so, they kept the parcel in their depot for 2 weeks and then returned it to the sender. I've wasted so much money on delivery and have no item. So I have to rebuy the item and then what trust this RUBBISH company to send it to me? Great.

Rude, unprofessional and extremelly aggressive drivers... I received an email saying they have misses me. I messaged the number on the email and asked the parcel to be left in a safe placed behind a large gate. Many things has been left there and it never was an issue. The gate is shut and no one has access to it except me. He refused to leave it. For two days he refused to leave the items. Instead he called me to be rude to me. Refused to tell me what time he would deliver the item. I felt the house at 4pm. He left a note at my door for 422pm. He could not tell me 22 min before when he would deliver my parcel. Because he was been aggressive to me on the phone I put the phone down because he was shouting at me. Telling me he already changed his plans because of me, because the day before he tried to deliver at 3pm I wasn't there and today I messed his plan. I told him he won't speak to me like that and hang up the phone. When I got home I had a note saying sorry missed you for 0422. Now he lied and told the company I was the one being aggressive to him. I have all the messages on my phone. He refusing to deliver it.
