“I haven't specifically had a bad experience but three phone calls and a text in like thirty mins from what I assume is a persistant sales person after looking at the website and building a shed. Is a huge red flag for me as a consumer. I am not interested in doing business with a company that makes that kind of first impression. NO THANKS blocking the number and looking elsewhere to spend my money.”
“We had Yoder's out to come look at our shed and help to get it off of our property. The shed was in great condition, it was Yoders brand 9 years old . It could have used a power wash, we live on a wooded lot, but not a single structural issue. The man came out and offered us 6k including the cost to move the 16x24 shed and shook hands on it. The very next day, he called back offered us 3k and said the shed was going to be too difficult to move. We refused that offer and then decided to try and sell the shed independently and the buyer responsible to move it. Every buyer called Yoders. Yoders told every buyer it was too difficult to move and sabotaged several of our sales. Im pretty disappointed in Yoder's buisness ethics. In the end the shed was moved without a hiccup in less than 45 minutes it was off the property and we got our asking price. Upon telling several people I associate with this story, they also confirmed Yoder is unfriendly to work with. Now I know and I will not be doing buisness with them and will make sure to share my expierence.”
“My mother had ordered a shed and it was delivered, my mother is 70 years old does not know a whole lot about sheds they put the shed in the position. Not being that educated on how it has to be.. the delivery guy never even said hey, there will be no way you can access to share with the ramp because it is too high. But yet he put it there now to ramp cannot even be attached to the front of the shed. What is the point of the shed? I asked Pat the salesman, who is ignorant at this point because he already got his money. I would not suggest them I would go somewhere else. There are plenty of decent builders around that will actually take the time to help you instead of just dropping it and running.”
