They use one call claims who are absolutely useless. They have written off my car eventually but are now trying to make me pay for renewal policy for the written off vehicle.

I wouldn’t even give Yoga one star for your service. Having no-one to speak to in an emergency where Yoga’s actions in removing £817.00 from my account and leaving me, a disabled pensioner, with a £317.00 overdraft was wholly unacceptable. The chatbot offering a live advisor at certain times is clearly untrue. I have screenshots of all the exchanges of communication and Yoga offers nothing at all which is helpful. There should never be a situation where a live person is unavailable as a matter of course between reasonable working hours to address serious issues for customers. Why does this survey ask how I communicated with Yoga when there is no email address (invalid every time), no live chat according to the chatbot refusals (evidence available), no telephone number for calls unless to speak about an insurance claim. There is no other telephone number. Every option in an emergency is therefore invalid and clearly the customer is being lied to. Yoga did not respond to my serious issue at all so the survey question is not relevant. I will be reporting YOGA to The Insurance Ombudsman and Martin Lewis.

I am trying to speak to someone about my renewal quote. It seems to be impossible to get through on the phone.

I made a mistake spelling Stephen with e which is my name but it came up stephan (which is my email) .They then wanted £20 to change the spelling. My insurance is not due till the end of the month so I tried to cancel for which they wanted £49 .I could not easily find a way to cancel so I had to pay the extra £20. I could not find a phone number to contact yoga only a onecall claims line only for claims.I spent hours trying to sort this out and ended up totally fed up.

I got charged twice. Trying to get through to any human being was sooo hard. It just made me even more angry. If I could have cancelled at that point I would have - but no £45 cancellation fee Eventually got my refund. Not happy at all.

Hi there, firstly, the very reason I have chosen another company is because a normal person can't contact you. There are no people to speak to to cancel a policy. Now you've renewed it without my permission, now i've got the hassle of trying to cancel with you, all online and i don't need the stress!

Absolutely awful - not able to chat to a human being any afternoon - not good enough for me as I work until 2pm - will not be renewing with you again. I need a provider who has telephones and not robots.

Really not the best service, deffinately the worst ever. Initially rang to say I had damaged my car on a Saturday. An hour and a half in the phone in queues to be told we will ring you back. No call back or email, couldn't find policy. Needed telling what it was so clearly an issue. They had no issue taking payment though! Finally got through this week, several times put on hold again, beginning to think how expensive are these calls we are now 3 hours of time. Seems a company one claim deals with your claim and they say you could be asked to pay for your car repairs on their messages. Avoiding this company like the plague next time. Also need my V5, God knows where that is after moving house recently and my National Insurance Number to claim. Really? Beginning to more than wonder about this company.

Disappointed that you took money from my bank without me authorising it first.now i am £50 short to cancel it on the same day it was due.VERY UNHAPPY especially in the cost of living times. I need to investigate further,to see if this is legal or fraudulent

Trying to access portal is impossible After receiving several new passwords and user name details it was still not possible to gain access. Trying to make contact with Yoga is impossible to. After at least 2 hours eventually made contact with chatline who was very helpful and hopefully he has resolved our problem. Would not recommend Yoga Insurance to anyone after this experience.

Read the cancellation terms carefully. A charge of £49.99 will be deducted, even after three days, I made a mistake with this company and am stuck til 2025. Make sure you turn of auto renewal.

Despite emailing to say I didnt want to renew Yoga insurance renewed my policy. I cannot find anywhere where they show a phone number so it's impossible to get hold of anyone. Hopeless.

Although I have left a 1 star rating, to be fair, yoga is the most competitively priced company for car insurance. The reason for the 1 star is as follows: I had Yoga car insurance last year and when my renewal came round I found that they'd hiked my insurance up through the roof, just like every other insurance company is currently doing. I therefore decided to look around and look at other comparison websites and I came up with a much better deal with Yoga than the one they were currently providing me, both in annual cost and excess payments (should I need to make a claim). I therefore tried without success to speak to someone from Yoga with the hope that they would offer the similar deal without me having to cancel my policy and re-sign for it. I ended up having to go through cancelling my renewal online, at which point I was offered a discount if I stayed with the company. In order to get the discount I simply had to hit the button on my computer offering said discount. I can only assume that Yoga set this up in order to try to hypnotise me into going with the original quote because all I got was the spinning circle of death in the middle of my screen saying please wait. My waiting consisted of a toilet break, the making and drinking of a cup of tea and the preparation of the evening meal, before I gave up waiting and just hit the DO NOT RENEW MY POLICY button, after which I've signed up with the better deal through the comparison website. Why can't these companies offer their existing clients their best deals in order to save going through this each year? It just shows that they're not interested in loyalty to their customers and they also think we're too thick to shop around; maybe that was the case years ago but with the ease of use of the Internet now, it's no longer so. Do better for your customers Yoga!!!
