As an occupational therapist, I have been using the services of Vivid care for over 18 years. They are always knowledgeable and professional and respond promptly. Their products are of an exceptionally high standard.

A Raizer m chair was purchased, we had great advice and support from our initial enquiry stage including an in store demonstration, and followed by arranging delivery to family in Northern Ireland. Online zoom support offered to family in Northern Ireland as well, however the videos were ample to work it out. The chair was used twice within a week of delivery and worked well enabling our elderly mum to be lifted by one person after 2 falls. Thanks especially to Maxine for her friendly help and advice And demonstrating by lifting me up of the floor.

I recently bought a Gemino rollator from the Harrogate store. I had one of these previously and loved it but was delighted to see them back and that they now have a carbon fibre frame which makes them even lighter to handle. I have found them a very reliable walker. They have a good size basket and seat. I would highly recommend the Gemino rollator.

Took my mum to vivid care to choose an electric chair. Zoe was amazing- kind, patient, and so very helpful. She made sure mum tried out a number of chairs and went to huge lengths to help a 93 year old come to a good decision. In another shop the assistant had talked over her head. “Does she take sugar?” Sprung to mind. Zoe in contrast listened to mum, respected her views and treated her as an intelligent human being with valid opinions and needs. She heard the problems. Thank you Zoe - and the chair is a success! The customer service was the best I have ever experienced. I did not compare prices! We had already had a bad experience elsewhere and the the most important factor was a comfortable chair. Zoe kept us informed up to delivery. The man who delivered was helpful and efficient. Mum was alone when delivery took place. He refused a £10 tip my mother tried to press on him saying he was paid. He did not take advantage of an old lady - so lots of credit to him as well. I don’t think we are going to need a return or refund as mum is very happy with the Sherborne chair that fitted HER. Zoe and team have turned what was a bit of a disaster inherited from another firm into a triumph!

Excellent customer service from Maxine, immediate response to my initial enquiry, and then helped make sure I was purchasing the right product. Also pointed me in the direction of a training tool I wasn't aware of, which is now part of our core P&P.

Have just bought this product for a client in the community and it is excellent. The service and support have been outstanding, from the initial enquiry through to delivery and online support and training with Maxine. The chair is brilliant and will make a massive difference to my client and his support team in being able to safely and quickly lift him from the floor with little effort. The chair is simple and easy to use and everyone involved feels confident with it

We were very pleased with the installation. It was fully explained by the fitters and left in a clean state. Thanks to the two fitters Mike and Jamie who were fully experienced and very caring. Also Graham the electrician who was also very knowledgeable and kind.

the knowledge of the product and help to buy the right bed was great. it came on time and delivered int eh 2 hour window they said it would. The 2 guys who delivered it were amazing. Carried a very heavy medical bed to the second floor in an old building. They were warm and kind to my mum and in good spirits through the whole process. i would recommend yorkshire care based on my experince. wendy of Harrogate

I am giving one star that on the basis the lady that I first spoke with on the telephone was very helpful but the unfortunately she had to pass me onto someone else to take my order. My reason for submitting this review is because after expressing the urgency of my need, being told when I could expect delivery and paying on this understanding it was not delivered.

Hello Mr Dines, Apologies that your order was not delivered on Friday, it will be delivered this morning – there was an issue with the engineer’s van being loaded on Friday which meant unfortunately your walker was not loaded, we then attempted to rectify the situation later in the day via one of our other staff taking it but unfortunately, they were unavoidably delayed on another job. We ordered a rise recliner chair but found it wasn’t going to be suitable . So we asked for the full refund as the advert said they would. The company pointed us to the small print and then gave us a refund less £300. This was disappointing as up until we decided with their engineer that the chair wasn’t right they had been very good.

Hello and thank you for your review. I'm pleased to hear you found the service good, but I'm very sorry you felt disappointed. I've looked into this and one of our seating specialists first came and delivered and set up the chair. He then travelled back to review the chair, at additional cost to ourselves. We then sent a courier to collect the chair after it was deemed not suitable, however collection was refused. We then had to send another engineer to collect on another day. The £300 retained didn't cover the cost of the courier, quite aside from the other three visits made. It's very rare that our Lento chair doesn't work for a client, due to its flexibility, and due to the additional journeys involved on this occasion we did have to recover a small fraction of the costs involved. I trust this helps to explain the additional charge, and thank you for your understanding. Kind regards Tristan

A very professional genuine caring very helpful knowledgeable staff and engineers who are always willing to do there very best to help the customer what ever the issue etc I strongly recommend anyone who needs a mobility scooter to go to them first.

I cannot speak highly enough about my experience with the efficient and swift help I received. Maxine understood immediately that I needed urgent help, my husband having fallen twice in three days. She organised delivery of the Raizer M, which arrived within 24 hours of my conversation with her. She also sent me additional "toptips" which were useful. I would highly recommend the chair as easy to put together and operate. Having the Raizer M has given my husband and me peace of mind that we do not have to rely on outside help. It also means that we don't take up scarce NHS resources, needing an ambulance and trips to A&E. Thank you - fantastic product and the best customer service.

One of the reasons I wanted someone to look at my chair was the noise it is making, but this is still happening, having only had the chair just over 2 years, I feel a little unhappy with the this and anxious
