If I could give 0 stars I would. They never sent my hoodie, tracking says its still in LA when it was ordered over a month and a half ago, and they will not reply to any of my attempts to contact them

DONT BUY FROM THEM THEY FRAUDS MY 7 year old still hurt and upset over a TIK TOK OUTFIT U NEED 30 BUMS FIND ANOTHER WAY PACKAGE BEEN IN CHINA FOR 15 days they won’t give me a refund no info on my item BUM ASS COMPANY EVERY DAY I WILL LEAVE A REVIEW IDC U HURT MY CHILD IMMA HURT THIS COMPANY

I order 340 dollars of clothes for the Memorial Day weekend sale and I got my order like two weeks later but the bad thing is that I only received only one item out of 16 items I purchased. I got in contact with them tru email and they ship the correct items. But still a couple of items did not fit me. Terrible customer service, their clothes it’s cool to wear it one time but after you wash it, it’s garbage. The material is awful 🤦🏻‍♂️Crazy! Been a big fun for a couple years but they acting up lately. Be careful what you order. Done ordering from young and reckless. Fraud just be careful people please. This company is terrible. And the clothes is awful material 🤦🏻‍♂️

Horrible do not buy anything from here, I received the wrong size and they refused to refund my money, after sending them over 10 emails in a span of 2 months they agreed to issue a return however returned my money as a gift card. DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM HERE the customer service is a pain in the a###

Bruh I ordered like two weeks ago and the delivery date never updated. So I went on their Insta and saw ode bad reviews saying that people never got their orders and their customer service is terrible. I emailed them and they didn’t get back to me till a couple days later. Magically I get an email that my order got to the mail office and since then it didn’t update at all. I’m just hoping it comes here on time.

Horrible customer service my order kept coming up “fraudulent” so they told me try to order through PayPal. I ordered through PayPal and my order came up fraudulent again. I talked to a friend and the same thing was happening to them having the same similar issues I called my bank and everything was fine on my end. Young and reckless needs to fix some things with the website and and easier way to contact customer service. Honestly the company is complete trash. It’s the holiday season and nobody should be stressed out so much just trying to place an order. Take the cash elsewhere it’s a waste of time.

I ordered 3 sweatshirts and a sweat suit. I ordered for my son that has been over seas and has been saying he is cold. I got a message saying the order was delivered to find that they returned the item to Young & Reckless because there wasn't enough postage. I messaged them and they said it is because my address is wrong. Well little do they know I ordered another order right after, same address and got my package. I messaged them telling them about that situation and they said they need me to call USPS because they don't have my package and it is showing shipped to my office or front desk. I said it was varified by USPS that it wasn't delivered to my city and it was delivered to them. After talking to someone for 2 days I was ignored for a week. Then I was told about a week later when I started a new message thread that my order was returned and they were sorry so they will ship my items out 3 days later. I waited and emailed the day they told me they were going to ship my items. I asked for the tracking. They said there isn't one because they couldn't ship my items because they are sold out. Then I asked what happened to my package and asked if it was sold to someone else. They said it wasn't sold to another customer, IT WAS PUT BACK IN STOCK AND SOLD OUT. So then yes sold to another customer. I was asked if I want any other items. Umm yes I paid and have nothing so if everything is sold out I need will choose items and have the rest refunded. I have asked Young & Reckless now for tracking information then they ask me again if I want my refund or some items. I said I told them already and they ignored me and said shipping is delayed we will email you with more information later. Don't waste your time or money! They don't care about their customers and if I don't get my items or money I will be taking this to all social media and any other place I need to.

I PLACED AN ORDER MARCH 11 FOR ALMOST $300 MAY 3RD I STILL HAVE NOT RECIEVED ONE SINGLE ITEM FROM MY ORDER.. AFTER MY ORDER THEY TRIED TO SAY I HAD PREORDER ITEMS BUT NONE OF MY ITEMS SAID ANY DATE PAST MARCH BUT I WAS TOLD I WOULD NOT RECIEVE ANYTHING, EVEN ITEMS CURRENTLY IN STOCK FROM MY ORDER TIL 4/30!!! OVER 45 DAYS FROM ORDER DATE I WAIT 4/30 COMES, GOES, NO SHIPPING UPDATES. I WRITE CUSTOMER SERVICE ONLY TO BE TOLD SORRY YOU HAVE PREORDER ITEMS AND THEY DONT SHIP TIL 5/30,!! I was literally in shock! Are you serious?! I forwarded all our previous correspondence where I was told several times that my entire order was not shipping til 4/30.. Clearly said 4/30 which mind you the order was MARCH 11TH now you say 5/30! WTF even after sending them their messages saying 430 all they responded with was sorry its now 5/30. So over 2 and a half months and you wont send me one single item from a $300 order. They take no responsibility,act like this is normal, no big deal just like 80days to wait. I order custom items from china and it only take 2bweeks 14 days. There is no excuse for 2.5 months to make a buyer wait . So my Son has no clothes we've been waiting. I spent all that money im not rich and couldn't order more for him. Worst Business practices ive ever seen. Absolutely the worst customer service, no customer service. They dont care one bit or even act like they are in the wrong . Total shock at how im being treated as a loyal customer.

Placed an order on January the 6th still have not recieved it. Today is February 6th.Sent multiple emails. Now they just are not responding. So essentially they stole my money.

Never order from these guys. I ordered a sweatshirt, a Celtics shirt from the NBA collection and a regular t-shirt. It took about two weeks to get shipped to me, and once I received my shipment it only contained the sweatshirt and NBA shirt. This NBA shirt was like the ugliest thing I’d ever seen, totally falsely advertised... and $35!!! There was no way in hell I was paying that. So I requested a refund, they send me a broken link. I email them and receive no help for a week. Meanwhile I’m still waiting on my other shipment. I emailed them so many times, received no help for a week, then was told I needed to stop sending emails lmao yeah right, you guys steal my money and I’m just gonna forget about it, sounds great! So they finally tell me to send a picture of the invoice, items I’ve received, and confirm my shipping address?? Which is on the invoice. This is something I’ve never had to do for any store before. So I did it and then they realized they probably never shipped my third item. So they sent it out today, almost a full month after I ordered... do NOT BUY FROM THEM THEY WILL SCAM YOU.

First of all... I cancelled my order after a coupon i got from them wouldn't work.. they issued a refund & two weeks later i have yet to receive that refund because “it did not process” HORRIBLE company i have yet to receive a refund & was told to “not send emails” This place has horrible customer service & is not properly run. Do not waste your time or money. 0/5 stars for me

I would give them no stars if I could. Ordered a shirt collabed with the NBA and they sent the completely wrong product! Still waiting on a reply from customer service that said I would get a reply in 1-2 business days (didn't happen) It's a shame, this makes the NBA look bad as well for teaming up with such an incompetent company. Save your money and DON'T do business with them.

Terrible company, I will NEVER order from them again! I ordered my son the new Faze Rug Imagine hoodie for Christmas and received Sweat pants that just said Faze Rug on the side. I emailed to let them know the wrong item was shipped and they asked that I send a copy of the packing slip which CLEARLY said Hoodie not sweat pants as did my order confirmation. After I sent them a copy of the packing slip they went ghost! I have sent several emails, called numerous times, sent them a message on IG, left a comment under one of their recent IG photos, also left a comment under Faze Rugs photo as well as sent Faze Rug a DM on IG and still no one has responded. At this point I think Faze Rug is trash also. I wasn't blaming him for doing business with such a terrible company but him not responding says a lot as well. I've disputed the charge with my bank, it's just a shame that my son was so happy to finally be getting merch from his favorite youtuber but he turned out to be trash right along with Y&R.

I ordered a whole outfit, hoodie fit good but the sweats are just too long and not loose what so ever i ordered 2xl for that reason and they are tight and came ripped. Never buying from the again

Terrible. Just terrible! I ordered a hoodie and they sent me the wrong item. Told the customer service that they gave me the wrong product and sent the pictures and they told me that I got the right product. Gave them proof of perchase and isn't even responding back to me.. Just terrible. NEVER BUY FROM YOUNG AND RECKLESS.
