“I don’t know where the customer service issue was with everyone else but they actually called me first to ask what items I would like in exchange for what was sold out. They also were very courteous and professional about the whole situation. Only knock on them is the fact their customer service is an unknown number. Sizes run almos true to size maybe order a size larger and send it through the wash a few times. Overall 4.8/5 but will give it a 5 since the clothes are very well crafted and stylish once you put the look together!”

“Got my hoodie just as I ordered, and it's fairly comfy. Got it pretty cheap, as there was a sale (in my opinion, it's not worth it at full price). My only issue was the delivery time was a little longer than I'd like, about two and a half weeks, but I'm patient and that's not even that long. Overall, happy with the purchase.”

“Ordered item on clearance figured sure a decent hoodie for half price why not. Literally took WEEKS to get. No update on tracking even after I downloaded the route app which is a total pain in the ass. Will not be ordering from them again.”

“Bruh I ordered like two weeks ago and the delivery date never updated. So I went on their Insta and saw ode bad reviews saying that people never got their orders and their customer service is terrible. I emailed them and they didn’t get back to me till a couple days later. Magically I get an email that my order got to the mail office and since then it didn’t update at all. I’m just hoping it comes here on time.”

“I understand that it's the holidays, but that's not an excuse to lack customer service. My first time ordering with them and I'm not happy with how and when they respond to my questions. I never received any shipping confirmation and it's been a week already. I sent an email asking about it and got a response back from Y&R stating everything,but answering my question. I then submitted 3 separate emails prior to getting a response. Finally, I got a response with a tracking number 4 days later. when they were able to reply to my first email almost immediately. makes no sense.”

“POS CUSTOMER SERVICE! I’ve placed my order NOVEMBER 27. It is now JANUARY 3 & my order still has NOT YET been shipped. I’ve sent email after email only for it to not be responded to. Most response I’ve received from this website was a bot. I do not recommend!!!”

“Their customer service is terrible!! I order some pants from them which was a xl that fit like a L and then I said I’ll order a 2xl that fit like the xl 🤦🏽‍♂️ I sent a email to them regarding my issue over a month ago and I’ve yet to get a response.”
