"I ordered items for over 100 pounds July the 20th. It has been nearly 2 months I have not received the parcel. I have been dealing with the useless customer service for over a month and they promised me to look into it and also promised the package will be re-delivered very soon. Today, I received this feedback: \"We are extremely sorry to inform you the package has been destroyed as the delivery was unsuccessful. The reasons of this unsuccessful delivery may be as follows: 1) Incorrect address or phone number, so the delivery company could not contact you within the time limit. 2) The shipping company tried to deliver your parcel but you were not at home.Package was not cleared from custom In this case we cannot offer any compensation.\" First thing first, the company is responsible for the delivery. I have never received any note, call or any reminder. The company is responsible for the delivery and is responsible for either returning the money or resending the parcel!!!"

“I've had only one experience w/the company. I recently ordered a bathing suit from this company via Amazon (12/25/2020). Not only was the suit beautiful and of great quality, it was delivered w/in like 3 -4 days, but by Amazon Prime (I'm not a member/subscriber...I actually paid a/b $7 for shipping). I ordered 2 items from 2 different vendors at the same time and the Zaful order is the only one I've received so far. From all the reviews that I have read, perhaps swimwear is their thing??”

“Refused to accept my returns despite indicating they provide ‘easy and hassle free returns’ on their website. Over 6 weeks later still waiting for a response. Finally get authorisation to return some items and they tell me the parcel never arrived (despite signature indicating so). Avoid them - it honestly is more hassle than it was worth for very poor quality items.”

“Order about $149 worth of items since the 24th of August and as if today the 6th of November I still haven’t received my package. They told me twice to check with my local post office which I did but they haven’t received anything either. The tracking update has been showing “Airlines Departure” since the 31st of August & now they’re telling me to be patient like 3 months isn’t enough patience I’ve had for a package that should’ve been delivered since September. Save yourself the stress and don’t order from them.”

“Zaful have very high quality clothes, they are my go-to for fashion and they have a high quality of customer service. Out of all of my orders, I have only misjudged my sizing twice, and both times Zaful have sent me the size up free of charge, also allowing me to keep the smaller items to give to a friend as a gift.”

“My item was never received. Several back and forth conversations were has with multiple “customer service” representatives where they claimed I gave the wrong zip code, however, this is not true. Even in giving them them the right address twice, the package still didn’t arrive. When I asked for a refund they said they can not give me a refund because it’s not in their policy.”

“Oh God my experience....? Was less than ideal to put it nicely. I ordered a bikini which ended up being like $15-$14 more than advertised. Once I paid I had realized there was an error in my order. The size was wrong. I tried to fix it and I couldn't do anything on my end but contact customer service. While waiting on a reply it gets shipped and customer service says they can do nothing (this was within the same 1-8 hr time frame). Then tell me they cannot return bc it's swim and no money back. Also, on the site (check this out) they wouldn't let me write a bad review. I have the screen shots of everything. Will NOT buy from here again unless someone can fix this. I paid a lot of money for something my kitten couldn't even fit in. I ain't a big girl but I got breasts and a back side and I'm not flippin' happy, dude. I worked too hard to be done this way. Really.”

“Zaful is the worst company I have ever purchased a package from IN MY ENTIRE LIFE!!! I spent over $110.00 american on a package that took over a month and a half to arrive, just to have my package 'returned to sender' because the stamp was illegible. The company does not issue refunds and is refusing to give me any money back and has now just sent me this email stating that they would destroy the package and not refund me if i refuse to pay an additional $8 to have it reshipped ... absolute b u l l s h i t! If you order anyhting from Zaful, please be aware that you will wait months for your package to arrive and will not be refunded if anything is wrong with it.”

“They have the most gorgeous dresses, very unique, not the type you'd find on other sites. They have great deals, very affordable. Just had so trouble with delivery when the covid pandemic started, waited over 3 months for my order but their customer service were great at keeping me updated.”

“They do not accept returns. Some items are very poorly made: zip stuck so you can’t even try it on & poor sewing, loose threads everywhere (probably a sweatshop job in China). If you ask to return & get a refund because the item arrived faulty, they just try to send you another version of the same thing which will obviously be poorly made also but refuse to give your money back. They need to be taken down, they do not adhere to consumer laws.”

“I bought several bikinis from here and it's a mixed bag, the first two were a little small and not the best quality. I ordered ZAFUL Textured Underwire Bikini in black and a Ribbed High Cut Ruched Tie Bikini in blue, I genuinely loved the blue bikini, it was a little more dark teal than expected but in a good way. Perfect size and fit. The black bikini was super cute too but fit a little less snug, but it's a difficult design to prevent that so it's okay. I still love it. They definitely improved”

“I ordered a swimsuit for my best friend for her birthday on April 20th. It is now June 2 plus her birthday was May 31st and I haven’t even got a shipping email yet or an email that will let me know that the swimsuit won’t ship. I’m really upset about this. I love all the clothes and everything but the shipping is terrible.”

“I have just received one of my bikinis I had ordered in the mail today surprisingly the material is very well-made and not thin at all! I’m a solid small pretty much everywhere and it fits perfect. Can’t wait to get the other three bikinis. Fingers crossed🤞”
