I just want everyone to know that the shipping is really slow because of the Corona Virus... Everything is closed, it's normal that it takes more time, I ordered on 3 weeks ago and it's still processing, but I mean it's normal due to what is happening in China...

HIGHLY UNSATISFIED! I WOULD ACTUALLY GIVE THIS CMPANY -5 STARS INCLUDING THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE. My son used their website to buy clothes, he used a visa gift card. He received an email confirming order, next day it was cancelled. They claim it was due to unsuffient funds (he just got the card, and we even checked the balance before buying clothes) I contact them and I get the runaround, rude and not even willing to help. I just keep getting told I need to submit a ticket and that they never took the money (but yet money is all gone). I submit a ticket and never heard bad, contact them yet again and this time told they dont take visa gift cards - only for international orders they do, umm what? You dont take visa cards for domestic orders but yet you do for international orders? I speak to another rep and again told to submit a ticket.. I explain that I already have and that I contacted the card company and they even said the money was taken by them..and yet again being told that there was no money thats why the order was cancelled.. Well now I want my money back! needless to say I have been at this for 1 month now and still no money and still get told to submit a ticket. STAY THE HELL AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!

So I just order stuff for sixty pounds before reading these reviews and I’m scared now. Also they just sent me 5 emails saying my order was cancelled but gave no reason why and when I checked the shipping information from the previous email it indicated it was still coming. I think I’m going to try and get a refund.

I'm also yet to receive my order despite it being a month!!! I'll be moving on a few days and can't change my shipping address!!!

I placed my oder on the 12 April 2020, two weeks later still it said order ready to be shipped. Throughout the 2 weeks , I have been texting them everyday (maybe 4-5 times a day😣) I ordered before reading the reviews I was just freaked out( couldn’t sleep lol, coz am a student and I ordered with a lot of money) the reviews were just really bad! And their customer service is not really helpful, you basically talking to a robot sometimes but I didn’t give up! They finally told me that they can’t deliver to my country because of PENDEMIC, I then panicked , told them that I want my money back snd it’s very difficult to cancel the order,because it kept giving me error message! So the cancel the order themselves, on the 22 April and they said it will take 14-30 days to reflect on my bank... On the 23 April woke up and my money was in, they refunded me the full amount, which am very happy!it only took on day to refund! But I will never order here again, I have trust issues when it comes to money

Unless you're willing to wait for a package to be shipped from China 3 months after you initial purchase, I wouldn't even consider ordering from here. Customer Service is relatively attentive but are reluctant to help or care that your tracking number hasn't been updated in 2 months.

I ordered on the 25th of January and almost a month later my order was STILL processing. I requested a refund using a ticket and they responded quickly and my order is now being refunded. I’m sad because I wanted the items that I ordered but I needed them for a certain event and now it’s too late.

TERRIBLE! I wish I read these reviews before I ordered anything! I ordered some swimsuits February 7th and my order is STILL PROCESSING! Their FAQ says it’s should not take any longer than 10 business days, today is 10 days. I’m putting a ticket in but after reading these reviews I’m now aware I’m probably going to lose $65 to these frauds! Do not order from here!

I wish I could leave a zero star review. My order has been processing for WEEKS, and every time I try to contact someone about it they say that it will “definitely be sent out within 3 business days.” What a joke. I wasted 30 dollars. What a huge disappointment.

DO NOT BUY FROM! I have a trip booked for the 29th of February, so me thinking ahead a ordered a month in advanced. So I ordered on the first of February it is now the 19th and It still HAS NOT been shipped. I have contacted them multiple times and they tell me there is nothing they can do. They did however try to give me 50 zaful points which comes to 1$, yet I bought 70$ worth of bathing suits!!!! I am not one to write bad reviews but this is just not okay!

Horrible! Would never recommend. Fact Highly recommend against ordering anything from here. You probably won't get it and be out the money. They have no concern for their customers. Their system apparently couldn't handle my address. It kept auto correcting my address to the wrong address. When I finally thought they took the correct address turns out it wasn't. My package was stuck at the carrier they said I need to contact the carrier service to update my address which I tried and the carrier said I had to do have the company who shipped it update it. So while my package sat at the carrier for a while I contacted them explained that I could not update my address with the carrier and they assured me would and I should get my package in about a week. Never received it checked with the tracking numbers and it states it was returned to sender. Now they are saying they will not resend Items or refund my money even though they are getting the items back. Ridiculous! Never have I dealt with such horrible customer service! You got the items back there is no reason not to refund me or resend them.

ZERO STARS if I could because they are HORRIBLE. Do not buy from them. I cannot believe they are verified on Instagram which is one of the reasons why I purchased from them. Shame on Instagram for giving this absolute SCAM of a company a platform to STEAL money from people. Customer service is a joke. I have been trying to get my money back or an update and this c**t Quintana is too incompetent to understand anything. With a stupid name like that, no wonder she works for a scam company.

I paid 20$ for shipping, for that high of a price I expected my order to come fast, it’s been 8 days and no tracking of the order, and it still hasn’t come in... It just says it’s been shipped....not happy and won’t get anything else again

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!! I returned £110 worth of goods - at my own expense. I was given an address in Spain to send the items to. The returns cost me £32!!!! They keep saying they have not received the returns and that it can take 3 months for them to receive them. They items were returned over 2 months ago and still NO REFUND!!! NEVER,EVER BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. THEY ARE SHOCKING AND SHOULD NOT BE ALLOWED TO TRADE!!

Refused to accept my returns despite indicating they provide ‘easy and hassle free returns’ on their website. Over 6 weeks later still waiting for a response. Finally get authorisation to return some items and they tell me the parcel never arrived (despite signature indicating so). Avoid them - it honestly is more hassle than it was worth for very poor quality items.

THEY TOOK THE MONEY AMOUNT FROM MY CARD TWICE AND NOW THEY ARE TELLING ME IT IS NOT THEIR FAULT! NEVER BUY FROM THAT WEBSITE FOR YOUR MONEY'S SAFETY. THIS IS THE REASON WHY THIS SITE IS CHEAP- BECAUSE THEY ARE HUSTLERS!

ZAFUL is obfuscating return policies by advising that easy return and refund is possible, but hide deep in their terms and conditions that the return basically does not apply to any of the items they are selling. The quality of their swim wear is terrible and sizes are absolutely wrong. Very bad experience which hopefully others can avoid! Don’t use the app or buy at ZAFUL at all!

I wish I had read these reviews before wasting my money! This company is the worst to deal with. My package is "stuck in customs" two months after I placed my order - the summer is over now! And they won't allow me to send it back or refund me. They keep telling me that the package will be destroyed... what kind of response it that??
