“I am very glad to be able to buy so pretty clothes at Zalando with so affordable prices. Since I went up one size for a couple of years ago. I needed and still need to build up a new wardrobe and Zalando make i possible for me. Most of all what I most love about Zalando is that is extremely RELIABLE always credit my account on time concerning my returns. I can really recommend you to others even my son starts shopping at Zalando. Thank you Zalando”

“I got my item in 6 working days and return label was inside my box, which is really helpful if you can't print them yourself. Didn't need to return item coz I liked it. All together happy with my purchase.”

“I've been a customer of Zalando for many years, and never had any problems. They've always despatched and delivered my parcels on time, their communication is timely, their returns process is straightforward, and refund policy is very reasonable. So far, I've never had a hitch with returning goods. On top of it all, they stock a wide assortment of larger-sized ladies shoes that are actually attractive, not just either trainers, ballerina pumps or ugly slabs of stone like a number of other outlets.”
