“I do not recommend ZEN energy. We ran into a range of issues through our solar journey with the company. Initially our solar solution was improperly scoped for our property. After the initial sales process ZEN required constant chasing for installation and follow up on system issues post installation. We will log an issue with the system and their customer service and support do not follow up or close the ticket without resolving the issue. Through conversations with the installer, we were surprised to find that they provide little to no technical support to the third party installer employed for installation. Unfortunately our system is still not operating based upon what we were sold and ZEN is unable to support resolution to improve performance of our system.”
