“I have used this company several times now and have always had great service. Pleasant driver and they even waited when our flight was delayed over an hour. Standard of vehicles has always been good, nice and clean with air conditioning. I have recommended to friends and would definitely use again.”

“Excellent service. We did have to wait a short while on arrival but this was due to driver being caught in a queue of traffic due to an accident. As soon as I phoned them they notified me they would get another driver to me shortly, which they did. The pickup for our return was slightly early which is no problem. I have used this company many times and will continue to do so.”

“Contraté el servicio de recogida y traslado a la ciudad desde el aeropuerto de Viena y el servicio fue impecable. Los conductores puntuales y agradables. Cambié la hora de recogida para la vuelta y no hubo ningún problema. Sin duda volveré a contratar con Ziptransfers siempre que lo necesite.”

“I have used Ziptransfers on previous occasions without problems, however this time wasn’t such a great experience, on arrival at Tenerife airport I had to ring helpline as driver was not there waited about 20mins when he finally turned up looking very hassled, he was complaining about workload, we also had to take with us another party when we’d booked a private transfer, although driver pleasant he was constantly moaning how busy he was….my return pickup was not great either as driver was over 30min late, again I had to ring helpline to chase..on both occasions I noted that both mini buses were in poor condition..I will probably just travel by taxi next time as these were plentiful at the airport.”
