Almost a scam company. Driver no show-Left stranded with kids in European airport. ZT emergency number useless- as no one had driver/ provider company details, just cheerfully advised to make my own way and pay for it (150km in Zurich Airport Taxi). Subsequent customer service appalling - unable to speak to anyone in complaints, just terse replies to emails, ZT washed their hands of it and advised me to read T+Cs which indeed state that ZT are not responsible for anything at all. Turns out driver was inexplicably sent to destination rather than airport pick up point. Provider has to pay a contractural penalty to ZT who therefore profits despite completely failing to provide the service they purport to, and customer seriously out of pocket with no compensation and communications cut off. AVOID THIS COMPANY- completely unreliable and unable to sort out any problem with the transfer- they just make the booking with local provider and collect the cash whatever happens with absolutely no regard for the customer.

Puntuales y buenos profesionales, todo correcto, el vuelo llegó con 3h de retraso y estaban a la hora de la llegada, cuando lo necesite volveré a contar con ellos.

hat alles super geklappt. wir hatten auf dem hinflug verspätung der fahrer hat gewartet. abholung am haus beim rückflug war sehr pünktlich. alles klasse gerne wieder

Considering the receipt of letter I've received from you, I understand that you decline my request for refund despite the fact that the flight delay was beyond my control. I consider this as poor customer service and a questionable busines practise in an environment, where flight cancellation and delays are common. It seems to me that your company is taking advantage of this situation which leaves the customers as the victims. As a frequent traveller and member of various frequent-traveller organisations, I will take the liberty to share my experience with the respective media outlets, trade and tourists associations and rating platforms. I regret giving you business and I hope I can prevent others from doing so considering the level of customer service I’ve experienced.

Fahrer kam nicht. Rückzahlung des Geldes wurde versprochen, kam bisher aber noch nicht an. Kundenservice reagiert nicht. Urlaub war im Juni.

I always use Zip Transfers when I need an airport transfer. They are always reliable and it's very easy to change the booking if needed. They are also comparable in price with other taxi companies

Dreadful, lack of customer care, no idea of 'service' no pick up at TFS despite paying for 'meet and greet' Take your money and disappear in a cloud of dust! Will not respond to emails let alone phone calls Find any other transfer EXCEPT ZIPTRANSFERS

All the plane's baggage took more than an hour so taxi driver had not waited. It is not possible to get from the terminal, and get baggage and speak to the taxi driver when there are only 2 of us. IF 1 goes out then can't get back in again and other one can't handle all the luggage

UNRELIABLE We were abroad the day Thomas Cook collapsed and were due to fly out the next day. In view of this, I emailed the day before to confirm that were no changes to our pick up time and was assured that our pick up time of 09.40 remained as scheduled. The following day I rang this company at 09.44 (Spain time) to ask if the vehicle had been dispatched. I was contacted by an agents at 09.49 who said... and I quote... “the driver was delayed due to the previous transfer but would be with you in 5 to 6 minutes” The agent confirmed the correct number in our party and that our hotel was the correct PICK UP point. At this point we were waiting out on the street. We waited until 09.57 when I rang again to enquire on our vehicle...the agent rang me back at 10.11 and told me that the driver had made a mistake and had gone to the airport rather than the hotel. So clearly the first agent lied. We were told that it would take another 15 minutes before the driver could get to us which would have been 10.26. Our flight was due to leave at midday, check in closed and hour before hand...11am. We could not afford to wait as this would have caused us to miss our flight so we had no choice but to book a taxi. Because there were 5 of us we had to book two taxis with a combined cost of 75.34 Euros. We barely made it to the airport on time. By the time we checked our bags in and went through security, our flight was boarding, we literally had to run to the gate. My sister has mobility problems and is barely able to walk at times never mind run. I can’t even begin to articulate the undue stress this caused to me and my family. Zip travel did refund the taxi money but in Euros….I paid in GBP so I lost money in the conversion back. I will NEVER use this company again…..they are incompetent and unreliable.

Easy to arrange on line. Very competitive pricing. Driver arrived on time both for pick up and pick up return journey to las Palmas airport. Vehicles were clean and tidy. Drivers courteous and very helpful with luggage, which was a bonus as my husband has a disability. Would highly recommend Zip Transfers as 5 star and will definitely be booking them again for our April 2019 holiday. Many thanks for your excellent service.

Both the pick up from Madrid airport and the driver were excellent. However, the return pick up, from JC Rooms Santo Domingo on 24th September involved a driver who wouldn't help with the suitcases, who parked in a location where we had to squeeze past scaffolding to put our luggage under the bus and who opened and closed the doors of the bus while people were trying to squeeze past. Very dangerous. In addition, as soon as we started boarding the bus, we alerted him to a previous passenger having vomited on the bus which had not been cleaned up. We were fortunate that they were two extra seats and we only needed to use the other 50 seats. I am disgusted and after many years of using Zip Transfers, I will use another company in the future - that driver's attitude was rude, uncaring and unacceptable. I must stress however that the other driver who collected us from the airport on 20th September was exemplary in every way.
