“Initially they told that they provide easy exchange or return on every purchase.. After purchase when I want to exchange my item due to size issue.. Now they say they can't exchange it as my area is not serviceable for these facilities.. Only thing I can do is self ship d parcel to their address then they vl process refund.. But after returning these items I won't get them again on a same price as I bought them in a special offer.. They should have highlighted d fact that they do not provide return or exchange facility in a particular area when customers put their address..”
