My dog is on Royal Canin vet diet for colitis and Zooplus are on average £40 cheaper than vets and £20 cheaper than the usual pet supply shops. 14kg bag £59.99 cheaper if you have a loyalty coupon. Wolf of wilderness brand human grade ancestral dog food is also brilliant quality for dogs without digestive issues like my Weimaraner.”

Customer service team claimed that the GRAINFREE-10 discount code expired in 2023 which is strange given that there is a advert banner on their website encouraging us to use the code. When you get to checkout, the code doesn't work and the website returns a "technical error". Beware - all is not as it seems.”
“SCAM cancelation policy.. Company isn't as genuine as you would think, if you place wrong order, forget they listen! I tried to cancel seconds after ordering but there was no such option even though they would try to gaslight you there was. they won't let you cancel, then you need to wait nearly a week for delivery of the wrong items. I made mistake ordering dog food for large amount of money, they won't let me cancel and I have no funds to buy correct dog food. The customer help line will fill you in with empty apologies and gaslight you. Id never buy anything from them again as they cancelation policy is SCAM. I did inform a girl at customer service I will put negative review if they refuse to cancel it to which she replied its not a problem and I am welcome to do that so here you go I will do it everywhere I can .”

Still waiting on my £125 refund and have a large boxed cat tree in my hallway whilst lost 2 days sitting waiting for a courier. Use another Company!”
