“Zupapa probably has the best customer service of any company I've ever worked with. I live in a windy area and have had to replace bent poles several times. Each time it's been very easy to order new ones and they charge me almost nothing for them. Doria helped me this time and as always I felt valued as a customer. If anyone I know is looking for a trampoline I always tell them to go with Zupapa.”

“We've owned our Zupapa trampoline for 6+ years. It's withstood quite a beating from our kids and neighbors! And any time we've needed anything, support has been outstanding... particularly Lynn who has been super responsive and helpful throughout!”

“Over the years, I’ve requested replacement parts for my trampoline and Jenna has always been helpful and responsive. The last time, I just needed two poles and clamps and they were generous enough to only charge shipping.”

“Ordered a replacement net. It was on back-order, which was a bummer, but understandable. Customer service rep Betty did a fantastic job of communicating the status while I waited. “My dealings with ZUPAPA has been nothing less then extraordinary. The product we purchased was the 10' climbing dome and our grandchildren love it. We did have and issue missing some handles and long nuts to attach same, however when I contacted customer support the agent assigned to my inquiry , Jasmine , was very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable of my request. She was able to get me the parts in a timely manner so that our grandchildren had no problems climbing and having fun. Thank you Jasmine”

“Very nice, my kid really likes it!! She uses it several times a day. Good bounce. I am not sure how to set up the warranty as I don't see a serial number or QR code. Would appreciate some info towards that.”

“Love all my Zupapa SUP purchases! End up buying a total of 3 to spend hours at the lake with my kids! It's a pretty stable board and love all the accessories that it comes with. I did end up purchasing an electric pump, it could be too much work to manually inflate 3 boards.”

“Zupapa has been awesome!!! My initial order a few years ago was very smooth and I had complete communication letting me know about tracking and when it would arrive. Everything arrived like it should and through the years if I have needed assistance, and recently I did as well, my emails are answered promptly and to my satisfaction. I would highly recommend Zupapa and would purchase from them again.”

“The pole caps broke due to being in the sun for 2 years, completely reasonable. I couldn't find ones that would fit online so I contacted Zupapa. They not only had themt but sent them to me free.”

“Our 25 year old son with autism LOVES trampolines... we've had one for over 20 years. Zupapa is far superior in quality and customer service!!! All three times we've had structural issues (our son jumps hard and for hours) they have happily sent free replacement parts. Elaine assisted me most recently by sending some needed springs, again free of charge. I'll never buy another brand again. Thanks Zupapa!!!”

“Our trampoline was purchased during Covid and it has lasted for a really long time in our super hot summers. This year our net finally came apart. Zupapa was able to sell me another net that fit the trampoline perfectly. Pearl was so helpful with this small problem and getting me a replacement quickly!”
