Easy to install. Works great and are keeping my Pi bellow 70C at high loads.
Gets really hot (that’s kind of the point of a heatsink that distributes heat away from the cpu).
If you add a small fan on low speed on top of the heatsink the temperature usually never gets above 40C on high loads.
One thing I think would make it even better; Add four small tabs on the bottom plate to make it possible to mount the Pi with screws, cable ties or just to put on some rubber feet to keeping it stable on a shelf or floor.
