This has been the fastest-acting, most effective supplement I have ever tried, after YEARS of taking supplements and herbs. Almost overnight I felt a reduction in sleep problems, terrible headaches, digestive issues and overall inflammation in the body. I have a weak digestive system and years of gut issues plus I am 49 so I think perimenopausal hormone fluctuations are adding to a list of chronic symptoms. But this beauty has helped HUGELY with all of these. I now take a heaped half-teaspoon 3 times a day. I just empty it in my mouth and wash it down with water but I am generally tolerant of bad-tasting things if they do me good! As I loved it so much I bought the 'plain' resihi and now have a cup of that morning and evening and I will try some other mushrooms too as I am now a convert. It feels so pure and natural.
