We enjoyed a short break at Horders Cottage with our lovely dog Casper, who for the first time got to meet Hannah and Karen's chickens plus the little 1 week old chicks. Hannah and Karen were excellent hosts and made us feel very welcome. The cabin is very homley and has a memory bed which is a bit too soft for any back sufferers. As too was the sofa. Would have been nice to try the coffee machine but they were out of pods. But we did receive a beautiful welcome basket with fresh bread, cream tea and prossecco. All in the views are amazing. The area is quiet and peaceful. The terrace had lovely lights and a patio heater. We saw some amazing stars at night. And we look forward to going back next year.
