This was my first order with Personalised Favours and will NOT be the last! I was most impressed with the attention to detail and prompt and clear communication throughout the entire process. We ordered custom stemless wine glasses for our upcoming wedding and requested our own design. The original image I supplied was of poor quality and it was immediately picked up by the Personalised Favours team and I was able to resubmit. An entirely hassle free and enjoyable purchasing experience. They were completed and posted very quickly and I was very impressed with the packaging - it would take quite a series of unfortunate events to damage the items in transit!! (I have added pics).
