I ordered a Willow Wind Chime through Kathy & Chris over the internet. My brother-in-law had just recently passed and I wanted to do something special for my sister. I needed them rather urgently and because I was heading up to Qld to meet my sister I rang Chris we decided that I would pick the chimes up directly from him so I ordered them with engraving. When I checked the order I had put the wrong date down so I rang Chris and even though he had already done the engraving he was more than happy to redo it for me. I picked up the chimes which were beautifully gift-wrapped, I could not have been more delighted and my sister loved them. Kathy & Chris bent over backward to make sure my experience went as smoothly as possible.
