I didn't realise that this was already frozen until I had made my purchase. So when I found that the liver was packed in 800-gram packets I was concerned I would have a problem!
However, a search on the web put my mind at rest that I could defrost and refreeze it in portions. I have done this today and have had my first meal and found it very tasty and look forward to many more meals. Thank you
