Received my tree and does look nice now however when I opened the box, 2 branches had fallen off, a lot of branches were placed upside down and sideways and looked like it had been put together in a rush, the main small trunks were also bent and not straight and met at the top so looked like a wigwam. At first I was disappointed and considered returning but I put in a lot of time and re arranged best I could and am now happy. It does however look very real and there were no issues with transaction.
