This battery is just what I've been looking for for a very long time. I have many 12V items that I've wired with Powerpole cables making battery hookup easy. I mainly wanted this so I can power a radio transceiver and a 200W amp that can pull upwards of 11A in short bursts so this fits the bill perfectly. Unfortunateley I don't have the skills to directly hook up Powerpoles to the battery leads so I spliced a 12 gage Powerpole cable to the ends of the leads with no issues. I gave the battery a quick 5 minute test charge using a couple of different LiFePO4 chargers 1 is a 4a and the other puts out 5A both using Powerpoles with no issues. I hooked this up to a Powerpole splitter powering the radio and amp and put a bit of FM through the amp and the battery worked a treat with no low voltage warning on the transceiver so I couldn't be happier. The cable splice remained cool to the touch as well so I know I've done a good job. The battery powers a couple of 12V inverters just fine as well so this is perfect to use on the go with my Surface Go 2 powering a couple of 2.5 hard drives. In turms of size the battery was much slimmer and lighter than I was expecting and the PVC sleeving is perfect with no nicks or scratches and with no part of the battery being exposed so this fits perfectly in a small shoulder bag. Before I ordered this battery I've been lugging around a 30A 12V LiFePO4 battery weighing just over 3.2KG in standard 20Ah lead acid casing which was a bit on the heavy side to use on the go so this battery will always stay in my shoulder bag ready for the next outing. Mark replied to my emails very quickly so I can't rate Gobatteries highly enough and I'm glad they are stocking the Relion range in the UK for a reasonable price. These are perfect for radio use as they put out a nominal 13.2V which most radios will be happy with and will TX at full power just fine.
