I have used many many liquid eyeliners over the years, all supposedly waterproof. They either dried out very quickly in the tube or weren't truly waterproof. This liner is superb, and for the pricepoint it's amazing. It looks sharp and clean when I use it, stays where I put it, doesn't run and so far has stayed liquid in the tube. I love it so much I bought another one because I know I'll be using this often. Absolutely delighted.
