These air flaps seem to be a faithful reproduction - but it is hard to be sure because my old ones were so trashed. One thing which is not quite right is the overall size which seems slightly too large. As supplied the flaps caught on the inside of the heat exchanger duct when they swung open. I scribed around the flaps to match them better to the fan housing exit, then filed them down to size. After this they swung open and shut without any problems. Check them after finally assembling everything by blowing through the fan with an airline.
