The colour is a dark grey(looks lighter on the website). Well built. There is about 100mm recess behind to put pipework so if your setting up your plumbing bring it to a height of about 550mm off the floor, the cabinet as no back from about 480mm up allowing you to access the pipework. All in all a nice cabinet.
