After purchasing a Cathedral Windsong Chime from Kathy and Chris nearly 10 years ago, the ravages of the harsh wet/dry climate here in Darwin, where we reside, caused the wooden elements of our chime to deteriorate to a point at which the chime didn't sound. Contacting Kathy and Chris we were delighted to learn that they offered a refurbishment service. We were provided with prompt and helpful advice regarding returning the chime and the most appropriate refurbishment. In a very reasonable time frame, the refurbishment was completed and the chime returned to us fully restored to its initial pristine condition and chiming beautifully again. We were kept well informed about the progress of the refurbishment, the cost of which was very reasonable considering the work undertaken that included full replacement of the wooden components, polishing of the metal elements and restringing the chime. Kathy and Chris very kindly included a free bottle of Gilly's Windsong Alfresco oil, to help preserve the new wooden elements.
