One of my managers took a toy wrestling belt and used that as a sales achievement trophy...kind of a gag and kind of actual recognition. It looked like a Temu bootleg compared to what we received. This thing has the weight, and the shine! All of our salespeople like it a lot; so much so that it might actually improve performance...at least for a while :D
