Comes in one box, weighs about 50-60 pounds. The build was pretty easy about a dozen bolt ons or so. The chair looks great and is already helping with some back pain I was having. Really love the chair. Reclines like a boss and the arms move in and out and up and down in 3 different positions. Im a bigger dude and it fits great.
