I really love the 7 days Ascension of Juliana and Mark. 7 days for 7 chakras, a perfection combination of connection, reflection and meditation. Although I cannot complete all the daily sessions in one day because of my time limitation, I find Ascension is truly beyond the yoga asana, it’s the integrated mind, soul and body. I’m very impressed with the way how Juliana and Mark structured this Ascension. The book is also great. Every day lesson brings me to another ‘wow’.
