This was my second purchase from decor steals. Unfortunately one of the frames was gray distressed while all the others was plains distressed and looked awkward so I returned. The company was prompt to respond and refund my money as soon as they got the frames back. Great customer service. But I have to say I loved the distressed shelf I got from the first order and will order again for sure.
