I purchased a basin that upon first inspection was in good condition. Once installed and after getting dirty it became apparent that the item was faulty as a hairline crack became visible. After some emails back and forth it became clear that ergonomic designs were hiding behind the manufacturer and would not offer any replacement on the item as the manufacturer felt it must have been caused on installation. However neither the manufacturer or ergonomic designs were prepared to visit me and see for themselves how it couldn’t have been caused by installation and is clearly a manufacture flaw. Poor aftersales customer service
