Got this bar so my 15 year son could continue to squat while recovering from a dislocated wrist. The gains were mind blowing. This bar will target back muscles that the regular bar won't. After 2 months training with safety bar his max squat on the regular bar went from 350# to 510#. Now he rotates between both bars. You must have this bar if you are a serious lifter.
