The lanterns worked great for the first few times we used it and then LEDs started to go out on each of them. Reached out to customer service and they took care of it right away. I didn't even know they were going to send me knew ones the next day until I saw the tracking number in an email. Recieved the new lantern in about a week and used them on the recent camping trip. So far they've worked great. Excellent customer service!
