Very high quality. Excellent range of included fixing screws and good on-line advice about the best method of fixing to the wall depending upon wall construction (solid brick, timber frame, dot and dab plasterboard, etc. My only complaint is that the plate which fixes to the back of the TV is rather large. I only have a 24" screen so the plate sticks up like a couple of large ears; I'll probably trim it down later.
