I was hesitant on buying this bar. Especially since I already own a $400 Rogue bar . But after shoulder surgery I was having trouble reaching back .. so I basically stopped doing squats. Leg extensions and leg curls weren’t cutting it anymore and I had to try something. After reading the reviews ... one stuck out . Someone said stop thinking about it and just buy this bar.. the price is right. So I bought it !! This bar is awesome ! I have never been more comfortable doing squats in my life ...
