Old gas Outback 3 burner now in the tip. This Weber BBQ just gives so many options for a BBQ, having never used indirect cooking I can safely say it is the way to go, whole chicken cooked on this (beer can method) with Chicken Roaster and did not disappoint. Excited to try low, slow smoking. Excellent product.
