The instructions are clear and easy to follow and all the parts are carefully laid out in a separate box and labelled. All the tools required are also supplied and they even have a video showing the installation steps. Good technical support by knowledgeable staff when I called with a question. There is no drilling, cutting or routing required and it all fits together beautifully! Adjustment and alignment is easy. The blinds also fit perfectly!
