I was so impressed with how everything was packaged ~ the posts, the sides and louvres but especially the screws ancillary bits and bobs. It gave great confidence as everything was so clearly labelled. It felt like a premium kit before assembly. Putting it together was easy due to clear instructions. It is a two person job as there is some heavy lifting. We are delighted with our new pergola and from delivery to set up the experience was great with white stores. 10/10
