First off, I just bought a new bed after 20 years. I did do some extensive research, and decided to give it a try. This bed is like sleeping on a bunch of clouds. I bought the 12" one and it is the most comfortable bed I have ever owned. The frame came in ONE BOX!!! They pack the actual part the bed sits on in the headboard (for upholstered ones anyway) and it is very easy to assemble!!!!
