“Not very happy with this purchase. The machine is less than 2 years old and I have had engineers out 3 times now to see what’s wrong with the machine when it starts to spin. The engineers have checked the machine’s stability, changed the motherboard and the door. It still does this noisy spin regardless of how little or how much you put in it. Would someone from The Gas Superstore contact me to change this machine as Samsung have failed to correct the problem or change the machine. Very frustrating :-/”
