This was not my first choice of tumble dryer but due to a mix up at the store, I ended up with this machine. For my needs it has way too many setting. There is no indication of what temperature each setting is working at which I find a great draw back. The sensor which is supposed to turn the machine off when your washing is dry is a curse not a help, often half the load is still damp if not decidedly wet on parts of the clothing, I have not yet manages to get a load out completely dry without resetting to start again,despite trying several setting. Overall, I am not best pleased and wish I had been able to get the model I paid for which had far more simple settings and no cursed washing dry sensor.

Well it's early days; used it a couple of times. We like its simplicity; just turn the dial to the required time and you're off. It's fairly quiet and easy to load/unload. Given recent fire hazards in other makes of tumble driver, we were mindful of the filter quality and we were pleased that the filter is dead easy to remove and de-fluff. Amazing how much fluff collects in one load. Then just pop it back at the front of the door. The delivery was excellent and the service overall efficient. No hesitation in recommending the product and the online purchase procedure.

after coming home from holiday I found that my tumble drier was not working. I wanted a quick fix solution. I found your website and was delighted that my new drier would be delivered by yourselves in 2 days at no extra cost. However, i pumped in all my details. So far so good. Alas because i needed a delivery destination different to my bank account address, it all fell rapidly downhill. I was informed by you that I had to contact my bank, which i tried and failed (was put on hold forever) i didn't manage to get my authorisation code from them. I called you (put on hold forever) when you eventually managed to pick up I was told I could do this over the phone and not contact the bank (sighs in a really frustrated manner) but in the meantime i managed to order this with another 2 day delivery from another supplier. I was grateful that you cancelled said order though. I work weird shifts and it is very hard to spend hours on the telephone, hence why i do internet shopping.
