“I love this washing machine; we had this one in our old place so I knew how good it was already. It really depends on what you're looking for wash wise. But we're a couple in our late 30's and a lot of our clothes are a synthetic mix. We use the synthetic wash all the time and although on this wash the load needs to be a bit smaller, this suits us just fine. Synthetic spins on a lower setting as well but this keeps our clothes in good nick and the colours too. The white cottons wash is excellent too and always brings up our sheets really white. It’s to do with the way the washing machine washes it as we use Ecover and having used other washing machines a lot before I can easily compare. The synthetics wash is about 1.40hr and the white one is about 2.45hr. There's no option for half loads and this is the only thing I would change - unless the machine is weighing it and working out the water? I've never figured out if it’s doing that or not. Its really easy to use as well. The drum size is nice and big for occassional sleeping bags or pillows.”

“Excellent service,had to contact customer service has due to weather conditions was having problems ordering online.The young man i spoke with gave brilliant customer service and the price of the washing machine was brill. Would have no hesitation in using the company again and I can highly recommend.”

“Excellent value for money! Large door opening for easy access, easy to understand programmes & has a good range of eco options! It's really simple to operate & is quiet even in spin! I'm really happy with it! I had my last hotpoint washing machine for over 15years and never once had any problems with it! Fantastic brand!”
