“Good service with agreed delivery date and the driver phoning an hour before arrival. This would be very good if this (phoning beforehand) was mentioned say in the confirmation email as until I received the call, I had no idea of the time of delivery on the day. However, this is a minor point and I would definitely use Fires-Cookers again. My only disappointment is that since ordering the washing machine last week, Fires-Cookers are now offering a £25 cash back on this product which I've missed out on! .”

“The most appaling service, Bought 2 products from this company, promised delivery Thursday with no show, was assured there would be a Saturday delivery - numerous calls on Saturday with requested callbacks never received only to finally be told that the van was not out for delivery and no one would be able to tell me when my products would be delivered until Monday. Order cancelled, dreadful would not recommend!”

“Excellent service. Ordered late Thursday delivered Saturday. Delivery information excellent. Was texted with a time slot then had a telephone call telling me the approximate time of delivery which was exactly right! Was really impressed.”

“Dear Sir I felt very pleased to place an order but was disappointed that a wrong model was processed/dispatched without my permission. I cancelled the order a day earlier by email. I cancelled the order before receiving the delivery with the driver. But was told that I will have to pay£49.49. It seem wrong to me under the distance selling regulations. Therefore I have raised the matter with the credit card company as a disputed transaction. any comments please telephone 02085704815 M L GUPTA.”

“Easy to order at a very competitive price and delivered promptly within timescales. Product performs excellently as expected from Hotpoint and is quiet in operation. I would definitely buy and recommend this product to others.”
