“Well, I have to admit to a little skepticism about this Earthing concept, but I went ahead and bought the underlay upon the recommendation of my neighbour. The effect on sleeping quality, soundness and ease of going off has been quite extraordinary. From the first night the effects were evident. I haven't slept so well for years. The Underlay is well made and fits over the mattress protector comfortably. Good sizing. Thankyou very, very much :)”

“I have been sleeping on the fitted underlay for a couple of weeks now and my quality of sleep has improved in that time, but the best thing is that my hips have felt so much better. I wake up with much less stiffness and feel rested and ready for the day. A big improvement! The quality of the underlay is excellent, you get what you pay for.”

“As a born skeptic, I wasn't expecting to find that my sleep would actually improve much. But I have been proved wrong - it has greatly improved. Hip ache at night seems to have almost entirely gone and so much less turning and tossing. If I wake up at the dreaded '3 a.m wide-awake-for-no-reason' I'm able to go back to sleep quickly. I would say there was a gradual improvement over a few weeks so don't expect instant results but without realsing it, I get to sleep more quickly and stay asleep for longer. All +'s.”

“It was a few weeks after using the underlay, that i realised my arthritic pain had definitely improved. After sleeping away from home and earthing sheet for a month, the pain started to flare up. It really has a positive effect on my nervous system also.”

“After 2 weeks of use my husband seems to be sleeping more easily, although it is hard to know if it is the sheet or not. For me I havent noticed too much difference, except I think the sheet is helping me detoxify from electromagnetic energies a bit and the inflammation in a few of my feet and hand joints has somewhat eased. Again, it is difficult to know if the joints were going to ease up anyway, as I have been getting other help here and there and minimised brisk walking. I've also been using the earthing band each day on the sore feet and hand joints to see if it could ease the arthritis in these areas and I think it has been helping. I missed 3-4 days and I noticed my feet were a little more uncomfortable and when I started using the band again the joints became a little better, still sore, but a bit better.”

“So impressed with the underlay. Firstly, I have been sleeping on it for a week now and after the first morning waking with a massive headache, the rest of the week my sleep has been wonderful, sleeping all night, no tossing and turning, waking feeling like I actually slept for once. I had a sore hip and after 4 sleeps, no pain at all! Loving my new grounding underlay.”
