“Brought this item about a month ago, have definitely noticed better sleep quality, have a lot of aches and pains and hopefully will help with these through better sleep. Quality seems excellent, fits well and is nice to lay on although I do have another sheet over the top. Overall very happy with this product despite the high price tag but you do get very good quality. Would recommend to anyone thinking of buying one.”

“I love our new earthing sheet. It's a softer, better material than the previous one that doesn't have strap, like my previous one which is great. I tested it with the multimeter I bought from better earthing. It goes from 0.700 or just above or below when not on the underlay. The further away from my lamp it got lower about .100, when sitting on the earthing sheet it was 0.22, laying down goes to zero.”

“I have only slept on my new earthing sheet fitted underlay for three nights and I have already noticed that I sleep better, wake up with less aches and pains in the morning and don't feel so tired in the afternoons. Sleeping on the earthing sheet underlay is a comforting feeling. I feel like I am being 'discharged' from the stresses of the day which, I'm sure, will lead to much better health in the future.”

“The Better Earth grounding underlay is such a remarkable product. I got a version of it about five years ago and was thoroughly impressed with how it had worked for my family. The story is actually quite funny because my son has never been able to sleep throughout the night and on the first day when we used the grounding underlay it put him to sleep for the rest of the night. This happened for the next four nights and I thought to myself surely this is placebo. We then went on a weekend away where we didn't have the grounding sheets and he proceeded to wake up throughout the night. And when we came back, he was able to sleep through the night again. So, he has recently been waking up at least once a night and I didn't think too much about it and last night was the first time that we put him on the grounding sheet again and holy moly, he slept through the night. That is not an expectation of what should happen when you ground, cause we don't really find those type of effects for both me and my wife, but we certainly sleep deeper and feel more rested when we wake up, the body is less achy, less tight and those are very subjective. However, if this is just placebo, I'd gladly have better earthing help placebo me on a nightly basis. I hope you give them a try, cause who knows, your life might change for the better.”

“I'm in New Zealand and brought the underlay and pillowcase a few months ago. I now sleep better and rarely wake up with a headache, as I was in the couple of months prior to purchase. While my back pain is still there some mornings, it's not occurring every day. I'm posting this now as I've had bloods done recently - one to two months after I brought these products my total cholesterol and triglycerides were high, but now they are all normal. I haven't made any other drastic changes, so can only put it down to grounding. I have been recommending these products to a lot of people.”

“Some additional evidence about the better and deeper sleep I am experiencing since using the underlay. I have just got a message on my Apple Watch to say that I have achieved my sleep goal of eight hours 10 times in the last fortnight!”

“I have the underlay on my bed, and am sleeping so much better. I suffer with Rheumatoid Arthritis and have had 2 lots of surgery. But I am finding that with the new underlay I am sleeping pain free, particularly with my shoulder.”
