““Having been a fit and active person ,”Poly Myalgia Rheuamtica “ was not on my list at 77 years of age ! ! With hard work I was non medicated after 12 months. On a long haul flight to the UK ,PMR returned , just recently, after 5 years !! When I returned I discovered GROUNDING MATS help with INFLAMATION.‼️ I researched all avenues and decided on BETTER EARTHING ! The mat is a great bed fit. First night……2 Bowel evacuations ⁉️Detoxing ?? Slept well in between 2nd night …….. One trip to the Toilet…slept very well. I can now sleep on my RIGHT Bursitis hip side for up to 2 hours ! I can turn over in bed without screaming ! I look forward to bed time now. I feel more calm. I bought a King sized one for my daughter, who has back , knee and high stress levels. She monitors sleep patterns on a watch ,and rarely rates GOOD sleep…… …….first night using Better Earthing Grounding bed mat she rated GOOD , and has done for the last 5 nights !! We are so happy ! Thank you .””

“Whilst I have yet to see significant results re my wrist inflamation, I am sleeping much better and somje mild improvement has been felt. Early days yet but confident.”

“I thought your website was the clearest, and, in no small way, it came across as more honest and straightforward than many I had read. Some websites strongly promote the use of silver but it oxidizes over time. And another website that uses stainless steel described it as exactly that, "stainless steel", whereas your website says "surgical grade stainless steel", and so on. That matters to me. So I cancelled the order I had placed with another company over here in the US and bought from you instead. I also appreciate the advice I was given in an email. The turnaround was amazing and the support is clearly exceptional. What's not to love?”

“If you’ve experienced trauma or medical challenges, be patient with yourself. The first week wasn’t easy for me — in fact, my pain increased, not decreased, and my anxiety was worse. But I’d heard from someone else to just stick with it, so I committed fully rather than stopping and starting. By Day 10, I noticed a real shift: my anxiety was gone, my pain had eased, and I slept a solid 6.5 hours straight — a big change for someone who used to wake every two hours. My afternoon energy is now significantly better — no more crashing. I won’t travel without it again. It’s made a huge difference.”

“The Better Earthing Sheet Fitted Underlay is a fantastic product! It is really well made from lovely fabrics. After using this product every night for several weeks now I can confidently say that my body aches and pains, (especially in my knees and hips) have vitually gone. I am also enjoying this as a recovery tool after long day walks. I get home after a 10-18k walk and lie straight on it! Magic!”

“After just over 1 week, I have certainly noticed the difference in my joints, especially in my hands as they do get a work out with my art and craft work. Sleeping is improving and as I share my bed with my precious dog, I think she is more settled as well.”
