“So beautifully packaged and easy to set up with instructions and information included. I have experienced so far deep sleeps and am feeling more relaxed, and after more time I am noticing spider veins on my legs appear to have reduced and are not so obvious! ☺️ thank you!”

“Hubby and I had talked about grounding sheets for months. Finally decided to just buy one, had to be Australian made and the material type so Better Earthing was a no brainer. Have been using our grounding sheet for three weeks now, first few nights noticed no change however from 4th night onwards we have both noticed we are sleeping better, less aches and waking feeling likevwe have slept”

“It's early days, but the signs are promising for me. I ordered my underlay when it was out of stock and had to wait while it was on back order. In the meantime, the delivery date was pushed back and, as it was recommended that earthing should be eased into, I was offered a earthing mat at a reduced price which I took up and used in my bed. I think that results are gradual and that long term use will see the best results. I still have had some bad nights, but there have been some really good nights too, where I've slept for a good 8 hours or more and the sleep quality has been much better than what I've been experiencing. I had a massive shoulder injury in a cycling accident a year ago. It's been recommended that I have a shoulder replacement, but I'm not in any hurry to go down that path, even though I've lost a lot of range in that arm. Since sleeping on the earthing products, a lot of the stiffness and tightness in my upper arm, shoulderblade and neck, has diminished and with that, a lot of pain has gone as well. There has also been a minor detoxing effect, but nothing to make me uncomfortable. I'm very optimistic for the long term effects of this product”

Hi Lois, it's fabulous to read about your experience with our earthing bed sheets! Yes, you are right, for some people it is best to ease into earthing particularly those with a lot of inflammation, just like yourself. We would love an update some time. “Received it a few weeks ago. First night, I had the best sleep I have had in years. I also woke up and didn’t stagger like an old man for the first few steps. This has been consistent for two weeks. I am actually traveling for work and can’t wait to get home sleep on fitted sheets. Just a few nights away and I can feel the difference. My wife was skeptical at first, but she has notice a difference as well.”
